Standard shipping within Kenya takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for urgent orders. Custom orders may take an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.

We offer a 14-day return policy on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Custom-printed orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a full refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.

Orders can be canceled as soon as the time of placement for a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
